Charlie is a beautiful female Basenji mix; she really is a wonderful dog.
She is a complete "love baby" with us. She loves to curl up and sleep and
is full of wiggles when you get home. She is an incredible house dog,
completely housebroken; and is also great with travel and crate.

Charlie is in awesome health. Microchipped, current on all vaccines,
heartworm preventative and parasite medications; she has been very well
cared for. Because she flatlined (heart stopped) while being spayed, her
head slightly trembles when she fixates her a
ttention on something.
Like other Basenjis Charlie CAN NOT be let off lead. She is amazingly
good with people, but she is extremely DOG aggressive, though she openly
accepts any dog that is part of the family -- her house mate is a 5 lb
Pomeranian! and she's best friends with the Bull Mastiff downstairs.
We've tried EVERYTHING but we can not teach her how to socialize with
other dogs. She is great on a leash, but when a dog approaches, holding her
can be a challenge. We have recently moved to the city and it is not
conducive to her needs.

This whole ordeal is really upsetting to me and my husband. We are
concerned another owner wouldn't have the same patience with her. If you
think you could love and accept Charlie for being "who she is" please
